October 24, 2019 Book Club: Donald Trump, Television and the Fracturing of America, with The New York Times' James Poniewozik
The Sacramento Press Club is delighted to welcome The New York Times chief television critic, James Poniewozik, for a discussion about one of the year’s most talked about books, “Audience of One: Donald Trump, Television and The Fracturing of America.”
The New York Times: “Poniewozik brings a new microscope with which to analyze the drug-resistant bacterium that is our president.”
The New Yorker: “This book is a fine guide to the historic horror show, now screening everywhere, courtesy of the White House pool feed.”
